TIMELINE, (1985-2019) 34”H x 24”W x 10”D. Poplar wood, stainless steel rods, black micarta base with recessed ball bearing swivel mechanism. This piece was created over a period of 30+ years, working from time to time over these years with time passing between each effort. The final sculpture is rich with visual metaphors that reflect my life journey during that time, while the rings in the wood reflect the passage of time for the tree during its lifetime.
